EXM-50EZ
The EXM-50EZ edge preparation machine is a highly mobile hybrid version of the versatile DXM-50 7- axis round tool model. It has been designed to edge prep endmills, ball nose endmills,router bits, tapered reamers, form tools, thread mills, step drills, taps, step reamers,  and can deburr/polish tools.

SXM-50EZ
The SXM-50EZ edge preparation machine has been designed to edge prep 10" to 24" sawblades. The machine allows the user to input up to eight different size edge preps based on material being cut as well as the type of sawblade being used. It is capable of prepping carbide, diamond, cermet, CBN and HSS blades.
 
This machine utilizes the patented Conicity edge preparation shape and process. It is an affordable choice for anyone desiring a consistent state of the art edge preparation system. These models are available under our EZ-Prep network leasing program.

DXM-50
The DXM-50 7-axis machine is designed to provide highly accurate edge preparation on all conventional cutting tool materials and geometries, including: Drills, Reamers, Step Drills, Step Reamers, End Mills, Gun Drills, Fixed Pocket PCD and CBN Tools.  Currently this machine handles any tool which is not EZ compatible.

IXM-50
The IXM-50 is designed to provide highly accurate edge preparation on all conventional cutting tool materials and geometries, including:
Threading & Grooving Tools; Milling Inserts; Dog Bones; Form Tools; and symmetric geometries like diamonds, squares and triangles.

GMX-50-A
The GMX-50-A was designed to meet a specific customer need to edge prep carbide stick blades.
